Recruiter (1099)

Palm Medical Centers is a value, based primary care group with 44 centers in Florida and Texas. Palm is dedicated to providing cost effective and high-quality care. Effectively managing Part D medication costs and adherence is critical for lowering costs for patients and driving better outcomes.

The Recruiter will be handling full cycle recruitment for medical and corporate staff. This position will act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates by managing new vacancies, sourcing for top talent, screening candidates, and assisting with interviews.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Posts jobs, reviews CVs and resumes, sources, and screens candidates for medical and corporate positions.
• Schedules interviews with the candidates and hiring managers, assists during the interviews as needed.
• Performs pre-employment screenings such as medical license lookups, OIG search, proof of education checks, and employment history/reference checks.
• Coordinates efforts with the Director of Human Resources.

Education And Experience

• A minimum of two years of related full cycle recruitment experience is required, experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Healthcare or related field is a plus.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods of walking and standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Ability to travel to South and Central Florida occasionally.
