Responsibilities:
- Manage shift production by achieving safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and goals
- Provide strong leadership to the team
- Manage the systems, equipment, people, and materials according to the established policies, procedures, specifications, and customer requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance, or related experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Computer proficiency
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
Hours:
- Week 1 – Monday - Thursday 4:30PM - 4:30AM
- Week 2 – Monday - Wednesday 4:30AM - 4:30PM, Friday - Sunday 4:30PM - 4:30AM
- Week 3 – Thursday - Sunday 4:30AM - 4:30PM
- Week 4 – off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
