Responsibilities:
- Oversee 200 employees at one site and regularly collaborate/communicate with HQ
- Increase production to maximize efficiency standards while implementing lean initiatives and other capital improvement projects
- Determine needs for equipment upgrades, building additions, maintenance, and other strategic location decisions
- Lead and develop a team of supervisors and employees, identifying growth opportunities and developing a strategic vision/succession plan
- Analyze existing state of plant, and make incremental changes, focusing on transparent communication and upholding company values
- Oversee operational activities of plant
- Build effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
Requirements:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment w/ leadership responsibilities
- Oversight of 100 employees at 1 location(s)
- Experience implementing capital improvement projects
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication skills with a penchant for collaborating and transparent communication
