Position Summary:

We are looking for a self-starting Banquet and Catering Sales to take advantage of current opportunities and open new industry in the food and beverage opportunities in the Las Vegas Valley. The ideal candidate for this position have a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic, and an insatiable appetite for growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Have and maintain a list of contacts
- Work with current vendors as well as build relationships with new vendors and new venues to create new catering opportunities
- Preform lead generation a predetermine number of daily contacts
- Facilitate any other sales functions as directed by management
- Organize promotional events to enhance and grow our catering business
- Work with Catering Sales Assistant to coordinate events and conduct outside catering sales
- Identify weaknesses in existing catering sales materials and develop creative solutions within the boundaries of our catering food and operational capabilities
- Communicate with senior management about catering sales initiatives and sales result metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Experience equivalent
- 5 years in catering sales experience
- 5 years in catering sales management experience
Physical Demands:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is often required to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands. The vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Work Authorization:
Must be eligible to work within the United States.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
