Our internal IT team is looking for talented individuals who want to bring our platform to the next level, expanding into new markets. In undertaking this challenge, our new engineers will be at the forefront of the latest technologies, learn about large-scale, new and emerging data sources, and help Panalgo maintain its leadership position.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join us and help build, expand, and manage our cutting-edge health analytics platform.
You will be a key member of the IT team and will be responsible for:
- Assist with all routine IT operations such as:
- Monitor and maintain backups
- Monitor and respond to server-side IT issues
- Maintain hardware (replacing failed components)
- Perform system patching
- Staff IT Setup
- Provide End User IT support to the staff
- Setup new hardware and virtual machines
- Enforce IT security policies
- Review and maintain an accurate record of all auditable events
- Coordinate IT procurement with VARs
- Maintain accurate inventories of all assets and spare parts; including service contracts with vendors
Minimum qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science, or related technical/science field
- 1-3 years of experience as Help Desk or similar in a Mac environment.
- Strong knowledge of MacOS, Office 365, Remote Desktop, Windows environments
- Strong networking foundation
- Must be Boston based
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with stateful JAMF workflows, MacOS 10.15, Windows 10 and Server 2019
- Knowledge of Ruby
