Job Type: Part - Time

Salary: Starting at $15.5 per hour tips bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:

· Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.

· Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

2. Customer Service Excellence:

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and attentive service.

· Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

· Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.

3. Team Management:

· Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service.

· Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team-building initiatives.

· Schedule employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

4. Financial Management:

· Monitor sales performance and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

· Implement cost-saving measures and revenue-enhancing strategies to achieve business goals.

· Adhere to budgetary guidelines and control expenses within established parameters.

5. Compliance and Safety:

· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including ServSafe standards.

· Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

· Address any safety concerns promptly and take appropriate corrective action.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in restaurant management or food service industry preferred.

· ServSafe certification strongly preferred.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed.

· Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
