You will leverage strong communication skills to energize and motivate the team to overcome obstacles and achieve results. You will collaborate with product management, business development, human resources, and engineering peers to co-author the team's work programs and to develop talent. Also, you will combine a developing strategic acumen with technical expertise to improve the team's output and the business's overall financial performance. What You Will Do Accountable for driving project success and directing department activities, through subordinates, to design new products, modify existing designs, and improve processes and procedures. Oversee key projects and applies personal expertise to help ensure project success. Collaborate with relevant internal/external organizations (e.g., standards bodies, quality groups, product management, CoE groups, etc.) on product roadmaps, standards, procedures, policies, etc. Lead group administrative activities such as recruitment, hiring, development, performance evaluations, and compensation adjustments. Review and reports status and key performance measures. Reacts to opportunities to enhance results. Participate in, and may lead, initiatives that seek to enhance the workplace culture, collaboration, engagement, and overall employee experience. Establish development plans in alignment with employee career ambitions and the future needs of the team.
