$300- 30 days, $300- 60 days, $400- 90 days, and $500- 180 days
Panera Fresh Dough Facility. At our Panera Bread Fresh Dough Facility, we make the fresh breads, bagels, and rolls that are then delivered fresh to our local bakery-cafes, 7 days a week.

The Production Worker is a full time position that assist in the food production process. The employee might be exposed to cold temperatures for up to 8 hours at a time (35-39F). Production associates work a minimum 8-hour early morning/day or evening shifts, typically starting between* 6 am-10 am, but shifts working as late at 6 pm*

Minimum Job Requirements
· High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
· Prior experience with manufacturing in an industry with an emphasis on quality, process control and safety is preferred
· Basic math skills
· Experience in food production or similar manufacturing would be helpful but is not required.
· Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. on a regular basis
· Able to stand on your feet throughout the shift
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work in a cold refrigerator warehouse for entire shift.
· Experience working in a manufacturing or wholesale bakery environment would be preferred, but not required.
· Familiarity with GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety and sanitation (i.e. HACCP, AIB, SQF), etc. is a plus.
· Ability to work with limited supervision
· Must pass pre-employment checks
· Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays
