Duties:
- Management over the Company Networks and Servers
- Responsible for the overall design, performance, maintenance of the company’s infrastructure
- Leadership experience of an Infrastructure team (3 years)
- Experience with selecting, motivating, and developing a team
- Experience directing and guiding infrastructure teams; including network design, maintenance, performance, and troubleshooting
- Monitor network systems performance and efficiency.
- Analyzes the networks workload, traffic and utilization for trends and redundancy
- Work with the user community, technical team and vendors to determine and implement best practices for the hardware set up and installation of the LAN and WAN
- Manage the security of access to systems
- Install necessary system upgrades
- Maintains the connectivity for all network devices
- Disaster recovery planning and testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Computer Science degree, equivalent experience
- 2 years in a leadership role
- 5 years of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP experience, Active Directory, and Windows Servers
- PC and server hardware experience
- IT Security Exp (bonus)
- VM Ware exp (bonus)
- Network monitoring experience
