Panhandle Getaways, a leading vacation rental company on Florida's Gulf Coast, is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in Panama City Beach!
As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations and delivering exceptional employee experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative accounting.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and information.
Streamline workflow processes for new hires and terminations.
Conduct comprehensive onboarding for each new employee and complete necessary paperwork.
Coordinate drug screenings and background checks.
Generate employee changes and necessary forms for payroll processing.
Manage and facilitate the performance review process for employees.
Create employment offer letters.
Oversee company-wide health insurance open enrollment annually.
Provide monthly eligibility reminders to employees for health insurance participation.
Remain current on HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in an administrative capacity.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field.
