Panhandle Getaways, a leading vacation rental company on Florida's Gulf Coast, is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in Panama City Beach!

As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations and delivering exceptional employee experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and information.
  • Streamline workflow processes for new hires and terminations.
  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding for each new employee and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Coordinate drug screenings and background checks.
  • Generate employee changes and necessary forms for payroll processing.
  • Manage and facilitate the performance review process for employees.
  • Create employment offer letters.
  • Oversee company-wide health insurance open enrollment annually.
  • Provide monthly eligibility reminders to employees for health insurance participation.
  • Remain current on HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
