PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Receiving Inspection of (Returns, Existing, New and Transitional) Products
- Product Investigation based on Customer Complaints and or Internal Complaints
- Documenting Investigations and responding to accordingly to the applicable parties
- QA Data entry and report generation including various computer-based forms, files, logs, reports, Red Prairie & Dynamics
- Supporting new and existing Quality Procedures, Work Instructions, Policies and the overall Quality System.
- Interfacing with various Departments to ensure that Product is moved, physically and in the appropriate computer programs.
- Interfacing with Purchasing to ensure discrepancies are corrected by Suppliers.
- Working with and supporting the QA Management to set up Inspection Plans, Specifications, Samples and Requirements for Products.
- Use of Lift Machines to access product for inspection and for product put away (a plus)
- Other duties as assigned by QA Manager or Management.
- Identifying Discrepant Product issues and elevating them accordingly to the QA Management Use of Lift Machines to access product for inspection and for product put away.

- Forklift Certification: Order selector/Cherry picker
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Solid experience with WMS (Red Prairie preferred) and RF Scanners
- JDA (Blue Yonder) Experience a PLUS! (not mandatory)
- Basic analytic abilities and thorough attention to detail
- Self-motivated to carry out assignments to completion.
- Desire to operate in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Bilingual Spanish speaker a PLUS! (not mandatory)
