Account Manager
The Account Manager at Paperkite is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, driving client relations, and contributing to business development. They serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and are essential in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their brand, customers and marketing goals.
- Support sales initiatives through participation in events, presentations, meetings, and proposal assistance.
- Onboard new clients and projects, managing setup, billing details, training, project creation, and meeting scheduling.
- Oversee projects ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with directors and project teams to assess progress and offer support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, schedule monthly meetings, disseminate client information to the team, provide status reports and updates, present high-level work, and solicit feedback/approval.
- Coordinate with clients and the team to keep projects moving and ensure timelines are met.
- Run all meetings with defined agendas and timelines, addressing project needs as they arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a digital agency or related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with project management tools like Asana.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Proven track record in sales or business development.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Capability to work independently and proactively transition tasks.
- Problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning complex problems into simple solutions.
