Summary
Par4Success is a high-end physical training and performance company for golfers with the goal to be the best in the world at what we do. We are seeking a newly minted strength coach who eats, breathes, and sleeps training . This person must exude positive energy, conviction, and an ability to motivate and influence clients to experience the real benefits of what we provide. The right person will be a roll-up-your sleeves tactician. But more than that, this person needs to be independent, willful, emotionally intelligent, and able to execute successful training sessions with their bare hands. There are no direct reports, fancy budgets, and excuses allowed.

Requirements
- Ability to coach, motivate, collaborate, lead, and cope
- Passion for solving hard problems
- Outstanding written and oral communications skills
- At least one year of professional experience with coaching
- Proficient in strength and conditioning principles. programming and general golf knowledge
- Willingness to do both in person and virtual coaching
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
