What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Experience Associate position at Parade?
As a part-time Retail Experience Associate, you will be responsible for bringing Parade to life each day! You will provide an elevated and incredible shopping experience for every community member who comes into the retail experience, making their day better than before they walked in our doors. You will be the face of Parade. If you love our products, are passionate about building relationships with our community members, and love bringing new people into the Parade community, come join the movement in rewriting the American underwear story!
What you’ll do:
- Engage with every community member to ensure an elevated experience and help them find exactly what they are looking for.
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise. Help community members navigate through the shopping, product and sales journey.
- Be motivated by sales and comfortable with high volume and wide assortment of products.
- Passionate about Parade. Community members will come to you to understand our product details and you are excited to make product suggestions to fit their unique needs.
- Maintain the integrity of the space and uphold our visual standards.
- Your brand love makes our community members want to come back to our retail experience and website.
- Flexible skill set by supporting each part of the retail experience operations- Sales floor, Checkout, and Stockroom as needed.
- Making other community members feel special is your priority and you're able to proactively resolve members' concerns while sticking to company policy.
- Be an active member of the team and do what is best for the greater good.
Who you are:
- You love interacting with people!
- You're full of energy and a "no task is too small" attitude
- You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays!)
- You love the Parade community and want to help build the experience IRL.
- You've worked in a retail environment before
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- You're at least 16 years of age.
