What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Paradigm Shift Leadership?
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of this role is to develop confirmed sales for Paradigm Shift and provide our partners with an excellent customer service experience on behalf of the company. Our hope is that we give the representatives every tool possible to generate sales within their assigned regions. Secondly, the representatives may be called upon to assist in projects within the Educational Sales Department. This is a secondary role that will be case by case in request.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:
- Accomplish all tasks leading to client generation and revenue growth within the Educational Sales Department
- Meet quarterly sales quotas
- Contribute to seasonal marketing pushes
- Accomplish cold call objectives
- Conduct partner research and record client data into Scoro
- Assist with additional tasks and projects that further sales and are approved by Educational Sales Director
- Conference Assistance: gather conference information for regional opportunities and attend conferences in assigned regions
- Be involved with additional Educational Sales Regional opportunities as they arise, as well as perform research on future opportunities
- Formulate market strategies
- Develop event resources for facilitators as needed
- Facilitate PS Events as scheduled

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED
- Candidates should be proficient in the use of Slack, Google suite, SCORO, Microsoft Word and Excel or Pages and Numbers.
SALES COMMISSIONS
Educational Sales Representatives will receive commission on all region sales overseen. The commission will be distributed after the event has occurred and is in the commission phase of the sale.
SALES BONUSES
Paradigm Shift operates as a discretionary bonus eligibility Company based on end of year earnings per discretion of the CEO.
EDUCATION PREFERRED:
Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or 3-5 years of inside sale experience is preferred.
