What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Talent Aquisition position at Paradigm?
Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

What You Will Do:
- You will be responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition team (1 TA Specialist) & processes (US & Canada). This will include hiring, performance management, coaching and development.
- You will be a player coach and will develop & maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers. You will partner with HMs to understand their needs and help guide them throughout the recruitment process.
- You will run a full cycle desk. You will work with many functional areas recruiting for many different levels of roles.
- You will be a true candidate sourcer. You dont wait for applications to come in-you are able to proactively find potential (para)digmers. And you know how to train this superpower. You also know how to teach the next generation of sourcers!
- You will own the Paradigm Talent Brand, overseeing social media (Glassdoor, LI, Paradigm Career page).
- You will create the content and deliver recruitment & hiring specific internal trainings.
- You will review offer recommendations, aligning to budget and HR comp approval.
- You will be responsible for weekly, monthly, and yearly metrics and reporting.
- You will be responsible to provide assistance/back up to other HR needs as they arise.
What You Need to Succeed:
- You will have a bachelors degree or associate Degree, or related experience AND 5 years of experience as a full cycle Recruiter.
- You must love juggling multiple priorities. Organized chaos is where you thrive. The req load can vary as we are a scaling company.
- You must have working knowledge of HR policies & standard practices. Specifically focused around recruitment.
- We are a scrappy HR dept. If coffee needs to get made-we do it. If furniture needs to be moved-we step up. You must be willing to help out with some random, outside of the traditional role duties as they arise.
- You have excellent customer service and strong communication (both written & verbal). You are very organized with strong attentive to detail and excellent follow-through.
- You are self-motivated and resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills; able to work individually as well as with a team.
