Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Security Analyst to be part of revolutionizing these industries.
Reporting directly to the Information Security Manager, our world-class Cybersecurity team is looking for a highly motivated and driven Security Analyst. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping maintain a corporate cybersecurity program and set of best practices. This role is responsible for supporting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Paradigms systems and data in both corporate and cloud hosted customer environments.
What You Will Do:
- You will use security tools such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) to monitor network traffic, log data, and other security-related events.
- You will conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks and weaknesses.
- You will respond promptly to security incidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a swift and effective response to security events.
- You will assist in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions and controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint detection and response (EDR).
- You will conduct regular internal security audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- You will participate in a week-long on-call rotation, repeating every three weeks.
What You Need to Succeed:
- You have 2 years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role.
- You have working knowledge of Cloud Service Providers and SaaS security.
- You have experience responding to and resolving security incidents using SIEM, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Intrusion Detection tools.
- Certifications from GIAC, Microsoft, Blue Team, and ISC2 are preferred.
