The Marketing team at Paradox is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to identify and analyze opportunities for growth, and execute campaigns that help Paradox scale. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our business by owning the end-to-end coordination of marketing campaigns - spanning paid, organic, and account-based tactics. From working with an agency to execute paid campaigns to developing a strategy to raise awareness with key accounts, you will work alongside internal leaders and teams, external vendors, and clients to drive growth in key segments and verticals.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-touch campaigns that drive inbound interest in Paradox and its solutions, and drive expansion with existing clients - through both paid and organic channels, including direct mail, events, email, and more
  • Manage and drive performance to budget for paid media, ABM, and direct mail campaigns - and deliver reporting that focuses on key conversion metrics
  • Partner with our agency and internal teams to develop growth strategies specific to key segments and verticals
  • Use data and insights to channel and optimize our paid and SEO strategy, working cross-functionally and with a world-class agency to execute - delivering on committed demand generation goals to drive efficient growth
  • Analyze the impact of your work on key business metrics


Experience & Skills Required:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and/or growth marketing 
  • Previous experience at a high-growth software/SaaS company
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Terminus, or similar marketing technology
  • Experience managing a paid media budget and working with an external agency is a plus
  • Track record of long-term success and upward mobility in previous roles
  • An innate desire to help clients find solutions to real problems
  • A unique blend of analytical and creative skills 
  • Ability to work from one of our Paradox office locations preferred (Scottsdale, Chicago, or Baltimore) 
  • Authorization to work in the United States
