Paradyme is sourcing a candidate that has a wide range of experience supporting management and administrative tasks. Individual needs to be able to take on tasks, build understanding of what is needed and complete each within prescribed deadlines, meeting expectations of their direct manager and recipient of the product to others within Paradyme. Paradyme is looking for multi-tasker that works well under extreme response timelines with excellent attention-to-detail skills. The candidate will support Corporate and Contract Manager Directors, therefore they will be asked to present results to each Director and when needed to our Executives. This position can support the candidate's desire for growth into the Project Management career field. This position will work a Hybrid schedule - 3 days per week Onsite in our Tysons VA office, and 2 days per week Remote.

Responsibilities

Duties:

    Maintains action item tracking program.
  • Maintains records with SharePoint and other storage solutions like One Drive.
  • Monitors Information Technology systems and applications to ensure they are running effectively (Wi-Fi, conference room equipment, phones, copiers, and other office devices).
  • Assists with the creation of automated performance dashboards in Microsoft Excel using Pivot Table Sheets and advanced formula queries.
  • Assists with new employee/new subcontractors on-boarding prerequisite actions ranging from security clearance, Federal government onboarding requirements, collecting new subcontractor vendor information, Information Technology accounts, property to responding to new employee questions or directing them to the appropriate Paradyme Pont of Contact.
  • Assists with drafting, gathering, organizing contract documentation using approved process checklist and standard templates. This contract data ranges from purchase order tracking and dissemination, non-disclosure agreements, and teaming agreements.
  • Assists with routing and tracking documentation requiring signatures until complete.
  • Assists with data entry into systems, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Assists with updating processes, procedures, and operating instructions.
  • Helps update or create checklists for performing repetitive tasks to ensure repeatable quality results.
  • Performs multiple Office Management duties ranging from maintaining supplies, setting up conferences, creating facility maintenance requests, scheduling use of office space and conference rooms, shipping, receiving, asset inventory to taking on many ad hoc administration tasks.
  • Maintains parking passes and validation ticket program.
  • Takes action to elevate issues by priority to their Director for remediation.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Submits suggestion for optimizing work.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Management or Business or equivalent fields (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience performing as Mid-Level Management Analyst, to include Administrative and/or Office Management duties.
  • Federal Contract Management experience is strongly desired.
  • Ability to take on new projects and tasks quickly and run them independently after training is complete.
  • Ability to confidently facilitate collaboration amongst diverse sets of business professionals.
  • Quick and efficient data entry.
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel data aggregation and analysis.
  • Advanced skills creating, storing, and management of permissions within Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Word for tracking changes.
  • Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
