What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Production Laborer position at Parallel Employment?
Local Cheese Manufacturer is seeking quality candidates to assist with the production and packaging operation. Entry level positions with floexible schedules required. The position will include the following duties:
- Wrapping and boxing of cheese
- Palletizing of cheese blocks and shredded cheese
- Assembling Containers
- Washing, sanitizing and cleaning the equipment
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available
Required to work rotating days, including weekends
40 plus hours a week
Pay rates starting at $14.50 an hour.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment
Ability to read and prepare reports
Good math and communication skills
