Overview and Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for managing communications and scheduling for incoming feeds and hard media acquisitions in the News Division. The News division is a 24/7 operations and will require availability on the weekend, overnight, and overtime as needed. This role is not remote and will be required to be onsite at the New York location full-time. Basic Qualifications:
Experience and or working knowledge of post facility or broadcast environment required.
College Degree required
Must have familiarity with various tape, disk, and media file formats
Proficient in computer literacy and adaptability to new technology is required Additional Qualifications:
Understanding of Electronic New Gathering (ENG) and non-linear editing
Ability to maintain integrity and collaboration with various levels of employees (i.e., interns, Senior Producer).
Excellent verbal and written communications and timely responses to communications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks!
