What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Parasail Siesta?
Looking to add a new team member to our growing operation! Here at Parasail Siesta we offer Parasail, Sunset Tours, Daytime Boat Tours and Golf Cart Rentals. The Position we are looking to fill is a floating position that will be all hands on deck for each activity we offer. This an entry level position and a great opportunity to get your foot in the door within the watersports industry. Our operation has lots of room for growth within the company. Weekend and Holiday availability is a MUST! These are our busiest times of the year! If you are not able to grind with us during those times then please do not apply. The Pay is Hourly plus sales commission and tips, the harder you work and the more availability you have the more money you will make.
Job Duties:
-Answering Phones and making bookings
-Coordinating Docking times with the Captains
-Loading/Unloading Guests from the vessel
-Signing Customers in with Liability Waivers
-Washing Golf Carts and preparing them for rentals
-Crew Member on the Tour Boat
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
