We're looking for the best talent from across the world to help us bring people and brands closer together.   We are looking for a full-time Director, Channel & Alliances to join our Partnerships Team with a focus on North America based out of the US.   In this exciting new role for parcelLab, you will help build our partner program in North America.  We are looking for a senior leader that can develop key strategic partnerships and also build a team of Partner Managers to support growth throughout North America.  This is a new role and team, and in 2022 will be equal parts recruiting and enabling new partners, as well as hiring and training new Partner Managers.  You will report to our Global VP, Channel & Alliances and play a key role in the development of a new global parcelLab Partner Program.   With your previous experience in developing partnerships and alliances, you will quickly be able to identify and recruit relevant partners to join our partner ecosystem that will help grow our revenue streams and overall sales opportunities.  You will onboard and support new partners, as well as managing existing partnerships to ensure ongoing success.
