Description of the Role

The Paretti Family of Dealerships is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Custodial Team in Metairie, Louisiana. As a Custodial Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant environment for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the dealership, including offices, restrooms, showrooms, and service areas
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
• Restock janitorial supplies as needed
• Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs and painting
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations

Requirements

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent time management skills
