PARIS by Debra Moreland is legendary in the bridal industry. Debra Moreland, owner and Creative Director, has been recognized six times internationally as Accessory Designer of the Year in Bridal Fashion. Our accessories are designed by Debra, replicated by fine artists at her headquarters in Cincinnati, and sold to bridal salons all over the world. We pride ourselves on creating a handmade product of couture quality that maintains the “Made in the USA” label. We are a tightly run team who cares about our craft, and about delivering a quality product on time to our customers. We are seeking a Sales Manager to work out of our Cincinnati office.

Job Description

The PARIS by Debra Moreland Sales Manager will help grow our national sales and guide our international sales efforts. This position requires an individual who possesses strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a charismatic nature and proven sales success. The desired candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional communication with clients.

In this position you will:

  • Achieve/exceed sales goals
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Schedule, organize, attend and set up trunk shows and trade show presentations

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding goals
  • Previous experience in marketing, management or public relations a plus
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to completion
  • Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services available
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel throughout the year as needed
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, Quick Books, Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
