We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organized, self-motivated Salon Retail Sales Manager that will lead the front desk and retail sales of the Salon Company. We had our Grand Opening in March 2022 and are excited to grow our team with someone who has a great vibe and attitude towards life and business. Qualifications
- The ability to work independently, as well as work as a team
- The ability to be self-motivated and find productive activities during slower periods of business
- The ability to build and maintain positive, healthy interpersonal relationships with other team members

- Be willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the flow of the Salon is great all day long so our guests can enjoy their time with us.
Retail Sales Manager responsibilities include:
Closing transactions using salon systems/protocol while offering retail and home care options
- Continued Education – learning new products, services and creating scripts to professionally offer these items, as well as customer service workshops
- Light housekeeping duties to maintain the salon's cleanliness; sweep up hair, dust, realign retail area, and do laundry
- Placing product/supply orders and updating inventory
- Updating reports to be aware of status on daily goals.
- Helping with general salon upkeep as needed
- Be organized and ensure the day runs smoothly
- Be courteous: you're the first face the client sees when they walk in and the first voice they hear over the phone
Sales
- Offering retail that you will learn their features/benefits, pre-booking guests next service with us, specials and promotions, referrals, gift cards, and up-selling products

- High school graduation or GED completion.
- Previous sales ,management, or front-desk experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Approachable and fun to talk to.
