Intake Specialist
Job Posting for Intake Specialist at Park Chenaur and Associates, LLP
Seeking a dedicated intake specialist to provide support to potential clients beyond our regular office hours. The role entails promptly responding to calls and messages from 9 am to 5 pm PST, only on Friday.

- Previous customer service or sales experience a plus
- Ability to turn a potential case into a client
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment

Responsibilities
- Always be available to answer the phone or email for a potential new client
- Evaluate potential new client calls and emails, analyzing their case, and ensuring they feel seen and heard
- Consistently follow up on qualified leads
- Listen to potential clients with empathy and compassion
- Technical skills to do client intakes over google meets
- Enter data into software with accuracy and detail

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
