GENERAL SUMMARY:
First point of contact for Park N Fly customers; Greet incoming customers, ensure proper flow of van traffic into and out of Ground Transportation, assist with baggage, and radio key numbers to dispatch in double parking/valet scenarios.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- People (Nurturing High Performance)
- Instruct drivers and car parkers, via two-way radio and/or intercom to provide service in particular areas of the parking lot.
- Process (Developing Operational Excellence)
- Greets incoming customers, get pertinent information for valet/double-parking procedures and send customers to designated parking spaces and/or aisles.
- When valet parking and taking the customers keys, checks vehicles for existing damage, points out to customer and marks on the envelope/key tag.
- Maintains and ensures efficient operation to provide three to five minute service to incoming customers by direct communication with the van drivers and car parkers.
- Maintains knowledge of and explain any ancillary services that the facility offers, such as a car wash, luggage check-in, or car Rental.
- Use strong, clear and concise communication skills when interacting in person with the public and when using the two-radio radio.
- Be flexible with work shifts/hours, including overtime, to service late flights, peak volume periods, vacated shifts, and other emergency situations.
- Follow all Company work rules and procedures as set forth in the Operations Policies and Procedures Manual and through managements instruction.
- Profit (Customer Service and Revenue Management)
- Contribute to the profitability of the Company by closely monitoring vans.

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- High School diploma or equivalent degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years driving experience and/or customer service experience required.
