Role and Responsibilities:
A Safety Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the Company employees can complete their work safely. They monitor working conditions and resolve any safety issues that may arise. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Strategic Operations.
- COVID19 protocols and procedures, contact tracing, return to work after COVID19, wellness check records
- Conduct safety inspections and reporting on job sites in the assigned region, and post results on the Company hosted website
- Conduct investigations and reporting for automobile, safety, and general liability incidents, and post results on the Company hosted website
- Provide safety training materials and equipment (PPE) to field staff
- Perform other project-oriented assignments and tasks related to the Company's safety operations under the direction of the Vice President of Strategic Operations
Job Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 years of safety and risk management experience
- Bilingual
- OSHA 30-hour 1926
- CPR and First Aid Certified
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Must be able to manage sensitive documents professionally

The pay range paid for the Safety Coordinator position at Park West is $65,000 to $70,000. This pay range is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employees’ experience, skills, education, performance and seniority with the company.
