Fiber Optic Construction Manager

Parker Communications is looking for a Construction Manager in Mesa, AZ.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of managing internal driller crews, excellent time management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in construction management is required.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Manage internal driller crews
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
• Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Manage project budgets and track expenses
• Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and senior management
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects
• Knowledge of contract management principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
