Electrical Maintenance Manager
Sand Springs, OK Salary – Open – Depended upon qualifications and experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all mechanical operations within the facility, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on a variety of production and support equipment. Will help to build, rebuild, relocate and install plant equipment. Have a good working knowledge of electrical codes, calculations, loads, etc. Must be able to safely and effectively use a variety of tools, which include but not limited to Amp/Volt/Ohms meter, etc.
Qualified candidates must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervisor and oversee several mechanics and projects.
- Able to take direction well and can work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Trouble shoot and solve daily electrical processing issues.
- Perform and complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain and repair a wide variety of equipment, providing preventative and cost-efficient repairs.
- Installs new equipment within the facility.
- Work with others in positive and constructive manner.
- Dependable with great attendance.
- Assist in training team members.
- Ensure that products manufactured meet or exceed all quality requirements.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and helping to enforce all standards regarding our food safety, OSHA safety, and company policies and procedures.
- Help to maintain and enforce a clean environment.
- Works with outside general contractors on special projects and preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintain shop equipment in a safe operating condition.
- Order and maintain inventory levels on machine parts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
Work shift:
- Regular schedule consists of Monday through Friday with some daily and/or weekend overtime as business needs require.
- Must be available to work overtime on a short notice as needed.

Required Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred – Technical School training or equivalent. Licensed Electrician.
- Preferred – 2 or more years as an Electronics Electrician
- Preferred – 2 or more years as a Supervisor or Manager
- Preferred – Program PLC’s, motors, trouble shoot AC/DC circuits
