Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are a rapidly growing property management company looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring that our tenants are comfortable and happy in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing and electrical systems, and appliances
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues before they become bigger problems
  • Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on the properties
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working condition
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and other team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our tenants

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues quickly and accurately
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
