Disney Publishing Operations and Analytics team's primary responsibilities include physical inventory management, quarterly demand forecasting on both physical and digital products, and acquisition/competitive analysis. The group overseas demand analysis across all Disney Publishing's growing imprints. You will partner with sales, editorial, finance, and accounting teams to build reporting. The Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Inventory on our Operations in the Disney Publishing organization.

Responsibilities :
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, adjust forecasts, and evaluate forecast results.
- Suggest and monitor inventory allocations across accounts
- Create business vertical sales forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with the sales and other business leaders, highlighting risks and opportunities to the business. Identify new trends, risks and opportunities.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with each sales rep, building plans to hit annual sales targets by major account.
- Build annual sales budgets with the assistance of business leaders.
- Contribute to the weekly Sales & Marketing meeting by providing essential causes and demand assumptions.
- Develop analytical models to improve eBooks forecasts using measures such as price elasticity, promotion performance, and external information.
- Research and identify process improvement opportunities, including by not limited to forecasting software enhancements and internal workflow changes.
- Improve forecasting accuracy for the major business markets.
- Attend Daily Sales Updates, incorporating insights into demand forecast.

Basic Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in demand planning
- Experience with Retail Merchandising, Planning, and Buying
- Familiarity with Tableau
- Publishing experience or an interest in publishing
- Interest in Disney brands
