Job Summary
We are looking for dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant to join our highly respected team of
professionals. The Administrative
Assistant will provide valuable support to the facility leadership team through
accurate and efficient data collection/entry and the completion of other
administrative tasks. This role provides
the opportunity to use your administrative skills in a rewarding, fast paced
environment.
Job Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible to:
• Collect, aggregate and input clinical and administrative
data accurately and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality of all data and information,
including resident information protected by HIPAA and confidential staff
information
- Maintain required files in an organized and
accurate fashion
- Perform audits and reviews on data and files to
ensure accuracy and completion
- Provide data and reports to the corporate
leadership team and outside agencies as needed
• Work independently and with other team members to ensure
that key deadlines and requirements are met
• Provide routine and clear reporting to team members
regarding each project
- Adapt quickly to unfamiliar software
• Maintain composure while managing multiple projects and
deadlines
• Other duties as required
Education and Experience Requirements
•
High School Diploma or GED required
•
General computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft
Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook) and web-based portals
(uploading/downloading, exporting, working with CSV files) required
•
Data entry with 10 key experience and data
collection skills required
•
Excellent customer service skills required
•
Excellent communication skills required
•
Prior healthcare experience, including basic
terminology, preferred but not required
