What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Administrator position at Parkwood Landscape Maintenance?
Add/delete drivers to insurance
Add/delete vehicles to insurance
Add/Delete drivers to the gas card account
Reconcile gas receipts daily
Distribute registration/insurance identification cards to employee's
Create/close work orders for smog checks/safety recalls
Keep current vehicle list by job/manager
Keep current driver list
Keep current gas card PIN list
Assist with asset management (vehicles, trailers, equipment, etc.)
Keep up with vehicle renewal registrations
Support with new vehicle and equipment acquisition (setting up files)
Keep up to date with state, local, and DMV regulations
Monitor vehicle repairs/expenses
GPS and Gas Card integration to track gas mileage and set location parameters
Vehicle claims processing and closing
Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
