Job Description
Come join our growing team at Partitions Plus, a locally owned and operated manufacturing company located in Findlay, OH. We manufacture corrugated partitions (internal dunnage) in our 80,000 square foot facility. We are looking to add hard-working and dedicated production workers to our team to allow us to best serve our customers!
- Hours: 1st SHIFT Monday through Friday 5am - 2:45pm
- Paid time off after one year of employment
- Simple IRA Retirement plan (3% match by the company) available after one year of employment
- Attendance bonus available every month
- Performance review at 90 days and annually, with pay raises dependent upon work performance
- We currently do not offer health insurance/benefits
Primary Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Operating die cutters, saws and presses according to customer specifications
- Running a laminator, making build up blocks, and building kits according to customer specifications.
- Assembling corrugated partitions by hand or machine according to customer specifications
- Banding and unitizing finished product according to customer specifications
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
- Must be able to successfully read a tape measure and utilize basic math skills
- Must be able to lift 40-50lbs frequently
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
