What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Analyst position at Partnership Employment?
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Stamford, CT! This is an opportunity to work for a fast growing consumer packaged goods company with an excellent leadership team. This is a full time role which will be preformed primarily remote, with some in office requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production with 3PL vendors and movement of inventory and supplies
- Create and maintain supply plan for multiple product lines and submit timely purchase orders to suppliers
- Troubleshoot breakdowns among supply chain and provide creative solutions to unexpected events in a fast paced environment
- Maintain inventory levels in Netsuite ERP system and assist with reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Work with multiple departments on new product development opportunities and assess supply chain impact and needs
- Develop relationship with key supply chain partners and manage business with partners on a daily basis
- Evaluate supply chain upstream and downstream for improved efficiency opportunities
- Create and maintain reports measuring key performance metrics to be distributed to multiple departments
- Analyze financial feasibility for new supply chain or product opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to proactively maintain service levels and support cross functional goals
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Previous ERP experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing and fast paced environment, come up with creative solutions
- Ability to work in cross functional environment to support operational goals
- Great team player with positive energy
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
