Job Overview:
The Front Desk Receptionist will play an important role in the new PCHI office in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. This role will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for all PCHI employees, vendors and visitors. The Receptionist will represent the PCHI brand by demonstrating joy, empathy and or course celebration!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet all PCHI guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrival/check-in, office orientation and departure.
- Create a positive, welcoming experience for everyone entering the office
- Partner with Asset Protection team on employee and visitor badge creation
- Manage inbound calls and rerouting them to the appropriate party
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the main lobby area
- Prepare the office and conference rooms for all visitors
- Event scheduling and coordination, including catering events
- Work with Facilities on the distribution of incoming/outgoing UPS, FedEx, & Courier mail
- Oversee and manage materials and office supplies
- Participate in and provide support to special projects related to PCHI's culture and engagement
- Support the Executive Assistant team with various administrative tasks as needed
