Job Overview:

The Front Desk Receptionist will play an important role in the new PCHI office in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. This role will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for all PCHI employees, vendors and visitors. The Receptionist will represent the PCHI brand by demonstrating joy, empathy and or course celebration!


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greet all PCHI guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrival/check-in, office orientation and departure.
  • Create a positive, welcoming experience for everyone entering the office
  • Partner with Asset Protection team on employee and visitor badge creation
  • Manage inbound calls and rerouting them to the appropriate party
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the main lobby area
  • Prepare the office and conference rooms for all visitors
  • Event scheduling and coordination, including catering events
  • Work with Facilities on the distribution of incoming/outgoing UPS, FedEx, & Courier mail
  • Oversee and manage materials and office supplies
  • Participate in and provide support to special projects related to PCHI's culture and engagement
  • Support the Executive Assistant team with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous administrative, reception or customer-service related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Excel/Word)

FLSA Working conditions:

  • Ability to adequately perform required job functions including being able to lift up to 40 lbs
