Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Remote
Type: Contract (12 Months)
Experience: 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather requirements and design ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.
Architecture and Development: Architect and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet client needs while adhering to best practices.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to create tailored solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements and optimizations within the ServiceNow platform.
Documentation: Create technical documentation and design specifications to support development and maintenance efforts.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and consultation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications required.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a strong portfolio of successful ServiceNow implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, modules, and capabilities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
