Passion to Care LLC is a home health company that is dedicated to making a difference within our communities and doing it with a purpose. At Passion to Care we are currently seeking an Operation Manager with home health experience who would play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, manage projects and implement strategic plans for business development at our Indiana office.
Candidates MUST have previous operations experience; ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of Operations Management experience, with a background in home health and Medicaid wavier programs for the state.
The Role:
This position is full- time Monday-Friday 9-5 (after hours as needed)
As we grow at this exciting time, we are searching for a Home Health Operations Manager that is capable of managing the day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with the state healthcare regulations as well as company policies.
General Job Duties:
*Ability to manage and work effectively with a diversified team
* Effectively work with Upper Management, Human Resources, Quality & Compliance, and Payroll to build on current processes as the company grows.
*Manage business development activities to expand market reach and increase revenue.
* Manage all ATTC and SFC wavier leads and referrals
*Ability to communicated effectively with case management agencies and other referral sources regarding NOA's
* Monitor operational processes, charting/documentation, and financial data to ensure that all services are provided efficiently and effectively with appropriate resource utilization.
*Market/community outreach at least weekly and work closely with your supervisor for marketing strategies
*Maintain client confidentiality/adhere to HIPAA requirements
* Manage and address client/family complaints.
*Attend staff meetings, case conferences, team meetings, and educational in-services as required, in and out of state.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
*Proven experience in Operational Role
*Knowledge of state Medicaid wavier program preferred
*Possesses a minimum of two years experience in home health care related field
*Driven individual with strong communication skills, entergetic, both motivated & self motivated
