With 12 offices throughout the five boroughs, Long Island and Upstate New York, our firm serves clients in need legal representation for Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability, Civil Service Disability Pensions, and Personal Injury claims.

We are currently seeking an Depo Clerk to join our highly productive Workers Compensation practice. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a high standard of ethics and strong communication skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Heavy call volume doctors offices and insurance companies;
• Coordinating schedules with all parties;
• Updating Calendars;
• Issuing subpoenas to insurance doctors;
• The ability to handle heavy call volume, customer service, and organization is imperative in succeeding in this position.

• Communicate effectively and empathetically with claimants who are dealing with difficult circumstances;
• Proficient typing skills;
• Computer skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel programs
