    Staff Needed: One (1) Anticipated Human Resources Coordinator

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree of equivalent professional experience
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience
    • Demonstrated success in providing high levels of customer service
    • Ability to plan, organize, complete assigned work
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems in a quick and accurate manner
    • Proficient in data entry/management and accurate record keeping
    • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks
    • Experience working effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
    • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
    • Experience in an urban school district, preferred
    • General knowledge of employment law and regulations, preferred
    • Ability to analyze and communicate analysis of data, preferred
    • Computer literacy (including HR management systems and Internet applications), preferred
    • Willingness to take on leadership role and “go the extra mile”
    • Bilingual, preferred
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, administrators and the community

    Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
