Role
As a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Dispensing Closure Producer), your main responsibilities will include operating and maintaining assembly machines, conducting hourly checks on products, recording quality data, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. You will also perform preventative maintenance tasks and general housekeeping duties.
