As a Mechanic (also known as Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic), you'll provide support to the plant production crew, handle line mechanical issues, perform both planned and unplanned maintenance on plant processing equipment, and contribute to building maintenance. You'll play a key role in ensuring reliable daily processing capabilities within a leading facility specializing in high-quality pastries and breads.

- High School Diploma or GED required, technical or vocational training a plus.
- Experience with repairing and maintaining industrial equipment, engine, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, or other similar equipment.
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FDA, DEP, EPA, TCPA, GMP’s, OSHA, federal and state regulations.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in all areas and environments, including confined space and elevated areas, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Some computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
