Role
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Shift Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer), you'll be part of a rotating team responsible for ensuring all production equipment and facilities operate at the highest level of safety and productivity. You'll implement continuous improvement strategies, support new system installations, and contribute to plant reliability.

Qualifications
High School diploma or Equivalent. Associate degree in a technical-related discipline or 10 years of experience in a technical-related field is preferred.
Good overall knowledge of plant flow, operation, and utilities. Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits and mechanical systems. Skills in pipe fitting, plumbing, HVAC, boiler and utilities operation and maintenance.
Ability to work long hours under stressful conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and train other associates. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
