Role
As a Sanitation Supervisor (also known as Sanitation Manager, Hygiene Supervisor), you'll oversee sanitation operations in a food production environment, ensuring compliance with all sanitation standards and regulatory requirements. You'll lead a team of sanitation workers, manage cleaning schedules, and collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

- 3-5 years of experience in a sanitation leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge of food manufacturing cleaning chemicals chemistry and associated applications.
- Experience with Food Safety Guidelines/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safe practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Experience with HACCP Plans.
- Understanding of government regulations (FDA, USDA).
- Food safety certifications highly preferred.
