- At least one year of experience managing a workforce.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures.
- Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office).
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- HACCP and PCQI certifications are a plus.
