An established telecommunications and VoIP ITSP in the Philadelphia Area is seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as Field Service Engineer. Experience is not required. Individuals with Networking and Telecom (VoIP and/or PBX) installation experience are also welcome to apply. You will have the ability to work with all technologies and grow your skills while working with experienced technicians. Paid manufacturer training on all products is provided.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer telephony and networking issues to repair and maintain systems.
- Utilize ticketing system to track time and parts.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Keep up to date with current technology through continued training (remote and off-site).
- Daily travel to customer sites, occasional travel for installations when required.
- Be a member of the weekly On Call Rotation.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving.
- Computer Skills. (Respond to Email, Utilize Excel/Work and Ticketing System on PC and Mobile Device)
- Ability to Lift up to 50lbs.
- Climbing a Ladder.
- Basic use of tools.
- English language skills.
- Ability to read and follow directions.
- Excellent customer service and strong oral communication skills.
- Mitel 200, MiVB and MiVO 250 and/or NEC SV9100 knowledge a plus.
- VoIP experience a plus.
- Networking and Telecommunication Skills are Desirable.
- High School Diploma/Post-Secondary technical training.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Clean Driving and Background Record.
- Excellent Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
