Summary: Pathfinder Hospitality seeks a highly organized individual who can aid on managing the administrative duties, providing HR support to employees, and grooming the onboarding experience for new and current hires, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The HR Administrator works closely with our talent team and employees to maintain a positive work environment and support to the overall success of the organization.
Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
- Process and administer payroll for employees, keeping records and files, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, such as preparing offer letters and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Assist with Recruitment efforts, including coordination of job fairs, job postings and passive recruitment.
- Helps identify and automate reporting to manage the hotel's labor and minimize clerical eros.
- Makes recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain database of employee benefits, anniversaries, reviews, etc. through the HR platform.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
