Summary/Objective

Pathoras is seeking qualified experienced senior technical targeting analyst who is looking for a new opportunity to help customer efforts to advance technical targeting as a specialty within intelligence analysis. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of technical targeting tradecraft, methodologies, and tools and be interested in and excited about sharing knowledge and best practices within the community. The TTA will join a multi-disciplinary team whose mission is to advance the state of the art in targeting. This officer will serve in a "SME" role to advise and consult, capture and document existing and new targeting methodologies, research and explore new targeting techniques, support evaluation and testing activities of new targeting tools, support community outreach activities, be a natural problem-solver/troubleshooter, and support integration activities for enterprise-wide activities.

Competencies

• Deep knowledge of customer tools and databases
• Deep knowledge and understanding of targeting tradecraft and methodologies
• Knowledge and understanding of the intelligence collection life cycle
• Strong IC networks and comfort level with outreach activities

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, office hours during the day

Travel

Travel may be requested and would be primarily local during the business day. CONUS and OCONUS travel opportunities may be available.
